Mamie Cerbi toured the Northeastern United States as Peep-Bo with D'Oyly Carte's Third American Mikado Company, under the management of John Stetson, from November 1885 to May 1886.It was her only D'Oyly Carte engagement.

She had earlier appeared in New York with E. E. Rice's Company in the "musical spectacle" Adonis (Bijou Theatre, 1884), and was Susan on tour in Rice's production of Stephens and Solomon's Billee Taylor (summer 1885).Her last named part on the New York Stage was Prince Prettiwitz in The Crystal Slipper, an extravaganza at the Star Theatre (November-December 1888).

Miss Cerbi was quite well-known on the comic opera stage, and was at one time a member of "The Sea King" Company. Her last engagement was with the Bostonians No. 2 Company in Robin Hood.
