Tenor William Crosby Hopps toured with D'Oyly Carte Opera Company "D" from at least the summer of 1892 to December 1895. A chorister and understudy, his only named parts were Sir Bailey Barre in Utopia Limited (December 1894-December 1895), and Captain Fitzbattleaxe in the same opera (filling in briefly in May 1894 and February 1895).
