Maggie Jarvis (1891)

Not long after appearing in the title role in a juvenile production of Miss Hook of Holland (Prince of Wales's, May 1907, and December1907-January 1908), Maggie Jarvis was on stage at the Savoy in the D'Oyly Carte chorus for the Second London Repertory Season. She would fill in as Peep-Bo in The Mikado (November-December 1908) while Beatrice Boarer, the regular Peep-Bo, was a stop-gap Yum-Yum, and again for a couple of evenings in February 1909.Between December 1908 and February 1909 she also appeared as Mary Fewlass in Fenn & Faraday's A Welsh Sunset, a one-act curtain raiser that filled the Savoy bill when The Pirates of Penzance was playing. She left the D'Oyly Carte and the Savoy when the Repertory Season ended in March 1909.

Between April 1909 and May 1914 she appeared in several musical works at the Queen's, Shaftesbury, Daly's, and Gaiety Theatres.
