THE D'OYLY CARTE OPERA COMPANY

(Mr.) S. Letts (1890-92)

Mr. S. Letts appeared in the chorus for D'Oyly Carte's New York production of The Gondoliers at Palmer's Theatre (February-April 1890), and perhaps the earlier disappointment at the Park (January 1890). He eventually returned to England where he was in the D'Oyly Carte chorus of The Nautch Girl at the Savoy (June 1891-January 1892).
