Contralto Annie Skidmore spent two periods in the D'Oyly Carte Repertory Opera Company chorus:from November 1916 to July 1918, and again from July 1920 to July 1922. During her last two years she also appeared as Inez in The Gondoliers, a part she shared with Anna Bethell.
