THE D'OYLY CARTE OPERA COMPANY

Rosemarie Warren (1951-52)

Rosemarie (or Rosemary) Warren was a soprano chorister with the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company from September 1951 to December 1952.

She had earlier appeared in London in the choruses of the musical comedies Wild Violets (Stoll, February-May 1950) and Carousel (Drury Lane, beginning June 1950). Carousel ran until October 1951, but Miss Warren appears to have left to join the D'Oyly Carte toward the end of the run.
