  • Ray Walker has available for purchase a reprint of the Boosey second edition (with full dialogue as in Morton's play) of the score from about 1869/71. The first edition lullaby is bound in at the back along with background notes and two sample pages from Morton's play. Duration 65 minutes. 80 pages. £14, plus postage (£5.50 to the United States).
