Olivia Benyon (1886-87)
Olivia (or Olive) Benyon was a chorister, understudy, and small part player whose first named part with the Company was First Bridesmaid in Trial by Jury, which played with The Mikado in Carte's Continental ("G") Company tour of Germany and Austria between June 1886 and January 1887.
Miss Benyon then was Zorah in the U.K.'s First Provincial production of Ruddigore, staged by Mr. D'Oyly Carte's "C" Company on tour from March 7 to December 10, 1887. In May and June 1887 she appeared for a time as Rose Maybud in place of Margaret Cockburn.
