Julia Beverley (1875-76)

Julia Beverley's association Richard D'Oyly Carte dates to the first production of Trial by Jury at the Royalty Theatre (March to October 1875) in which she played the First Bridesmaid. She also appeared as Ninetta in La Perichole on the same programme. Her only other appearance under Carte management was as Hanchen in G. M. Layton and Leon Vasseur's The Duke's Dilemma at the Royalty, Globe, and Charing Cross Theatres, January to March 1876.
