THE D'OYLY CARTE OPERA COMPANY

(Mr.) Boyd (1888-91)

We know only the surname of the Mr. Boyd, a chorister who played the small speaking part of Second Citizen for the first production of The Yeomen of the Guard at the Savoy, October 1888 to November 1889. He was also in the Savoy chorus for The Gondoliers (1889-91) and The Nautch Girl (1891).
