Lilian Carr (1882-90)

Lilian Carr appeared with the D'Oyly Carte in the Savoy chorus from as early as 1882 until around 1890.Her only full-time named part was Ada in Princess Ida (she succeeded Miss Twyman who created the part during the first month) from January to October 1884.During the first run of The Mikado she filled in briefly for Jessie Bond as Pitti-Sing in November 1885.
