Reginald Christian was a tenor who had brief appearances in leading roles between 1882 and 1884.In August 1882 he filled in for a time for Jack Leumane as Ralph Rackstraw in H.M.S. Pinafore and Frederic in The Pirates of Penzance with Mr. D'Oyly Carte's "B" Company.In 1883 he was Mr. Fraser in the companion piece Quite an Adventure with Mr. D'Oyly Carte's "Pinafore" and "Pirates" Company.From March to July 1884 Christian was the Duke of Dunstable in Patience with Carte's "C" ("Patience" No. 1) Company.
His brother, Albert Christian, sang baritone leads with three D'Oyly Carte touring companies between 1883 and 1885.
