E. A. Cotton appeared as Mr. Bunthorne's Solicitor in Patience with D'Oyly Carte Opera Company "C" and later the D'Oyly Carte Principal Repertory Opera Company from July 1902 to September 1919.He was in all likelihood a staff member rather than a chorister.
