Madeleine Clara Galton was a chorister with the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company at the Savoy between June 1891 and June 1894. Her only named part was Melene in Utopia Limited, a role she took over from May Bell in November 1893 and played for the balance of the run, ending June 9, 1894. She later toured with George Edwardes' Company, appearing as Elsa in Gilbert & Carr's "His Excellency" the following year.
