Janet Watts (1891-92)

Janet Watts joined the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company at the Savoy at some point during the first run of The Gondoliers. She took the small part of Giulia in that opera for the last seven weeks of the run:April-June 1891. She was a chorister for The Nautch Girl (June 1891-January 1892), then took the part of Rose in The Vicar of Bray (January-June 1892). She also played Polly in the curtain-raiser Captain Billy for a portion of the Vicar of Bray run (February-May 1892). There's no record of her career after June 1892.
