Margaret Wiley (1907-09)

In June 1907 Margaret Wiley was one of several female choristers to rehearse with the D'Oyly Carte organization at the Savoy. It's unclear whether she appeared in the Savoy chorus during the latter stages of the First London Repertory Season or was merely rehearsing for the touring D'Oyly Carte Principal Repertory Opera Company. We do know that she toured from July 1907 to April 1908, appearing as Ada in Princess Ida, then returned to London where she served in the Savoy chorus for the Second London Repertory Season (April 1908-March 1909).
