Beryl Wynter (1920-21)

Beryl Wynter was the stage name for Hetty Rawson, a soprano chorister with the D'Oyly Carte "New" Opera Company from March 1920 to October 1921. She was married to fellow chorister Frank Clifford.
After leaving D'Oyly Carte, she worked in her native Yorkshire as singing teacher and, with her husband, managing cinemas.
From January to March 1949, Miss Wynter was an assistant stage manager at London's Arts Theatre for productions of Sydney Grundy's A Pair of Spectacles, Bernard Shaw's Widowers' House, and Jean-Jacques Bernard's The Unquiet Spirit. She also played the role of the Child's Mother in the latter play.
