THE D'OYLY CARTE OPERA COMPANY

(Mr.) R. Davis (1902-03)

Mr. R. Davis toured South Africa as a tenor chorus member with a D'Oyly Carte Opera Company from April 1902 to May 1903. He appeared briefly as Leonard Meryll in The Yeomen of the Guard and Annibale in The Gondoliers (both May 1902).
