[Born Willesden, London 1 May 1880, died Staines, Surrey 3 May 1969]

Louise Isabel Dillon appeared on stage first in pantomime in Paisley in 1897. She toured in musical comedy for the next several years, most notably as the original Soo-Soo in A Chinese Honeymoon, which opened in Henley in 1899. Miss Dillon made her first appearance in a Savoy opera in New York, where she was "Heart's Desire" in a Carte-sanctioned production of The Rose of Persia at Daly's Theatre, September 6-29, 1900. A year later she joined D'Oyly Carte Opera Company "D," also known as the "Savoy Touring Company," touring as Susan in The Emerald Isle from September 2, 1901 to May 10, 1902. It was her only engagement with the D'Oyly Carte organization.

Twenty years later she made her first recorded appearance on the London Stage: in the revue Spangles (Palladium, December 1922). She later played Caroline in the pantomime Cinderella (Palladium, December 1925-February 1926 and again December 1927-February 1928).
