Ethel Stuart-Barker (1899-1902)

Ethel Stuart-Barker appeared on tour with D'Oyly Carte Opera Company "D" between July 1899 and June 1902. Her roles were Dorcas in Haddon Hall and Aloes in The Lucky Star (July-September 1899), "Heart's Desire" in The Rose of Persia (April-December 1900), and Molly O'Grady in The Emerald Isle (September 1901-June 1902). There was no Company "D" in the intervening periods (September 1899-April 1900 and December 1900-September 1901), so it seems possible she was an anonymous chorister with another D'Oyly Carte company during those intervals.
